Medication Refills

Any patient requiring medication refills will need to make an appointment to see me in the office for a simple evaluation and/or related lab studies to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the medications you have been prescribed and require refills.  

The visit will also satisfy state and federal regulatory requirements.  Normally you will be given a 6 month supply of your medications unless safety monitoring dictates a smaller or allows a larger supply may be prescribed.  Please text me with any questions.  There will be a small professional fee and charges related to required lab studies.  This policy is consistent with standard of practice and is meant to ensure that your medications are prescribed at the proper dose, remain effective, and are not creating potentially dangerous complications.
